CELEBRATE THE PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE

The Bourbon Crusaders are once again uniting the bourbon community and its unparalleled generosity to raise money for the American Heart Association of Louisville. At our November 18th event to support the fight against heart disease and strokes, guests will enjoy a fun and relaxing social event with fellow bourbon enthusiasts and whiskey legends. All tickets will include dinner, exclusive tastings, and access to an in-person live and silent auction. Past, Present & Future will be an evening for the ages, so be sure to secure your tickets today.

TICKET DETAILS*

Standard: Access to the event beginning at 6pm, exclusive pours, three-course dinner, and access to the silent and live auction.

VIP: Access to a pre-event VIP hour from 5pm-6pm, exclusive VIP pours, one event bottle included, access to the event at 6pm, preferred seating, dinner and access to the silent and live auctions.

Table Purchase: Includes a table of 10, two event bottles, front-row preferred seating, ensures all 10 guests are sat together, access to the event beginning at 6pm, exclusive pours, dinner and access to the silent and live auctions. 

*In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to alter or reschedule items included in tickets/experiences.

EVENT DETAILS

The main event will begin at 6pm. VIP hour begins at 5pm (for VIP ticketholders ONLY)

Guests will enjoy a welcome pour of the first ever Woodford special release selected for this event while getting the opportunity to mix and mingle with distillers and industry titans over dinner and bourbon tastings followed by our silent and live auctions. A

ll profits from the event will be donated to the American Heart Association - Louisville chapter.

LOGISTICS

Transportation: We highly encourage the use of ride-sharing services. Garage and Street parking are available; parking fees may apply.

Dress code: The attire for the event is Dressy Casual.

ABOUT THE BOURBON CRUSADERS

Founded in 2015, the Bourbon Crusaders are a 501(c)(3) charitable bourbon organization based out of Louisville, KY. The Crusaders have 30 members from across the US, with a wide range of backgrounds, from farmers to lawyers, firefighters to authors, distillers and more!

Bourbon Crusaders' charity events have raised over $6 million in support of people in Kentucky struggling from Crohns & Colitis, ALS, cancer, hunger, and most recently, natural disasters in Western and Eastern Kentucky.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket for "Past, Present & Future" on November 18th, 2023, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Policies are subject to change as conditions warrant. Tickets are non-transferrable for any reason unless explicitly approved by the Bourbon Crusaders. Must by 21 years or older to purchase and attend the event. Your ID must match the name on your ticket, otherwise the Bourbon Crusaders reserve the right to deny you entry to the event and you will forfeit your bottle(s). All bottles included in your ticket will be given to you at the conclusion of the event.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Any and all payments made to the Bourbon Crusaders are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event of illness of participants, unforeseen events or circumstances out of the reasonable control of the Bourbon Crusaders, the attendee, or any other party, etc.


AUCTION ITEMS

Auction items must be paid for via credit card or another mutually agreeable form of payment between the Bourbon Crusaders and the winning bidder. If the bidder is unable to pay in full for their winning item on the night of the event, the Bourbon Crusaders reserve the right to hold all physical items until they are paid for in full.
